Refund Policy for Supplements and Protein Bars

At NutriJoy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened supplements or protein bars. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used supplements or protein bars.
  • Refunds are only available for unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Non-refundable items include products that have been opened or damaged after delivery.

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Please ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product for a refund or exchange to be processed.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
